I breastfeed (pump) and I had 1 cup of coffee how long do i have to wait to pump? I don’t want any of the caffeine in my milk supply.

Caffeine will not have any effect on your child as long as your not chowing down coffee beans or drinking energy drinks.
But I would say 3 hours, if you are really worried about it. Three hours is the time period I have heard is the common time period before the milk supply is replenished.
I wouldn’t know though, I wasn’t very worried about my diet while breastfeeding, I just followed a normal healthy routine – there’s not much in the way of food that you shouldn’t have while breastfeeding – given no family history of allergies or food sensitivities. You can even have a glass of wine or two with no negative effects on your baby (I will probably be shunned for saying that) and beer, due to the levels of starch increases milk supply (again, more controversy).
Whatever makes you comfortable.
You do not have to wait. You can safely breastfeed and still have 2-3 cups of coffee a day.

if you don’t want any caffeine then don’t drink it…that one cup isn’t going to affect your baby I drink a couple can a Pepsi a day and pump and breastfeed my 9 month old and she sleeps at night and is perfectly healthy
