How long can you leave the coffee maker on?

I bought a 8 dollar coffee maker from walmart(Rival brand), and I will be using it as a water boiler and warmer. I don’t know how long can I leave the coffee maker on without burning itself ( if it can), I am planning to leave it on 24/7, and I am not sure if I can do that.
By the way, the manual doesn’t say it will turn itself off automatically.

I love coffee, but I just have a regular coffee maker at my house. What type of coffee maker would I need to make mochas and lattes that are like the ones you’d get from Starbucks or any other coffee shop? I’m sure they’re expensive but I just don’t know what type of coffee machine makes these or where I could get one.

With a good price (no more than ) and sleek design? I had my eye set on the Hamilton Beach one with the press and serve, it doesn’t have a pot, but I’m not sure how it is with filters. Anyone have pleasant experiences with a coffee maker? And what brand/style is it?

Could a coffee maker accidentally left on all night really be such a huge fire hazard?

Our normal coffee maker shuts off automatically, and I didn’t realize the one I was using last night didn’t, and my dad was seriously annoyed with me that it had been left on all night and said it could have caused a fire. Is that really true? Could a small coffee maker REALLY have the potential of causing a fire?

I want to buy a single-serve coffee maker, either pod-style or the little pressure-packets. If you use one, could you please let me know what brand, and what you like and don’t like about it? Please don’t just put the brand— I can search brands on the Internet! I want to know if you’re happy with your machine and pods, and why. If it broke, would you buy the same one again? Do you like the flavor selection available for your machine?

Money’s important of course but I am more interested in getting a really good coffee than I am in saving a buck.

But I am really only interested in hearing about pod-style or pressure-pack style coffee makers. I am looking for the convenience factor— no bean grinding, no water measuring. I want to put the packet in and press the button and be done with it.
